High quality, hard to find entirely dry Oloroso Sherry with pale to medium amber color, pronounced aromas of walnut, Brazil nut, caramel and fig; dry, medium to full bodied wine with toasted walnuts or chestnuts, caramel, fig and other complex flavors from oxidation and a long complex finish. Gonzalez Byass is a famous Sherry bodegas, established in 1835, it's been making wines of exception quality for many years and also produces the famous Tio Pepe Fino Sherry.
Serve at 12 - 14℃; nice with mushroom soup, Jiang Zhe style "lion's head" meat balls and Sichuan style pickled cucumber or other Chinese style pickled vegetable cold dishes.
6+ years in American oak using the Solera aging system.
