Fine combination of exuberance and style, this well-made Chardonnay has a medium-deep golden color, intriguing nose of green apples, toast and flowers and lots of fresh, ripe pear and citrus flavors with subtle hints of oak in a clean, crisp finish; this is a well made wine with excellent fruit and acidity balance.
Serve at 10 ℃; the fresh acidity of the wine makes this wine a lovely afternoon drink or aperitif, also very nice with pastas with cream or cheese sauces as well as Chinese white meat dishes like Crispy Skin Chicken.
