Offering a little something for everyone, this is a generous wine that will appeal to new drinkers as well as more experienced drinkers, the wine has a youthful purple color, a generous black fruit nose with hints of chocolate and lots of ripe dark fruit flavors and soft tannins; the Merlot component of this wine provides a very nice roundness to the wine.
Allow about 15~20 minutes breathing time and serve at 18℃; the ripe fruit character of this wine makes it a nice companion to BBQ meats like pork ribs and chicken as well as slightly spicy dishes including popular Szechuan and Hunan pork dishes.
