Good example of a light fresh Trebbiano white wine, the wine features a pale yellow color with hints of green, lively nose of citrus and white flowers and fresh citrus and yellow fruit flavors with a nice crisp acidic finish; Cantina Frentana is a top cooperative in Abruzzo with over 400 members using a combination of technology and local traditions to make ever improving, high-quality wines.


Served well-chilled, about 8°C; this refreshing wine makes a nice aperitif and is also quite good with seafood salads and some classic Taiwanese seafood dishes like Deep-Fried Oysters with Basil and Mullet Roe with Radish & Leek.


4~5 months in stainless steel.


This wine should be enjoyed young, preferable over the next year or two.
