
Yet another example of the increasing number of very highquality Nero d'Avola wines from Sicily, the wine has a deep ruby red color, lively nose of red berries and spices and lots of dark fruit flavors with a long round tannic finish.

Allow 20+ minutes for breathing and serve at 18℃; match with all types of red and white meat dishes including roasted lamb and pork; equally good with Chinese meat dishes like Beijing Duck and Cantonese Crispy Skin Chicken.

6 months in oak and 6 months for bottle aging.

Can be cellared for 5~7 years.
