One of the best Burgundy sparkling rosés available in Asia, the wine features an attractive deep peach red color with abundant fine bubbles, fresh fruity aromas with floral notes, cherry and peach flavors and a long elegant finish; in 1972 a group of Burgundy wineries purchased the caves named Caves de Bailly to make and store sparkling wines; the caves hold about five million bottles of quality wine that are marketed internationally by Blasons de Bourgogne.

Serve chilled at 8℃; nice with appetizers including vegetable salads, cold meats and steak tartare; also nice with elegant seafood including lobster and white meat as well as clam pasta.

24 months for bottle aging.

Ready at release or over the next 2 years.
