Very approachable New World style Cabernet Sauvignon wine with purple color, dark berries and cocoa nose and lots of ripe black berry, black cherry and spice flavors; the wine has a pleasing texture with generous soft tannins and a lasting aftertaste; produced by the Casella family, the Yellowtail brand was launched in 2000 and has become very popular, especially in the US.
Serve at 18℃, match with steaks, lamb chops as well as grilled Asian style meats.
Light oak aging.
