Delicious high-quality red Burgundy at a reasonable price, this wine has a deep ruby red color, nose of ripe red fruits and black berries and lively cherry and red berry flavors with a long lightly tannic finish; this wine has good acidity and balance; established in 1797 and still family-owned, Maison Louis Latour is one of the largest and most respected Burgundy producers and negociants.
Serve slightly chilled, about 16℃ and allow 15 - 20 minutes for breathing; match this food friendly wine with all types of white meats as well as elegant fish dishes, like Roasted Salmon or Cantonese Steamed Garoupa with Soy Sauce and Scallions.
