High-quality, good value sparkling wine from Italy, the Ferrari non-vintage wine is consistently good with medium yellow color, nice Chardonnay nose of yellow fruit and cream and very pleasant ripe citrus and green apple flavors; the bubbles are lively and persistent and the wine has a nice tart finish; established in 1902 Ferrari is one of Italy's largest and best producers of vintage and non-vintage, Champagne method sparkling wines.
Serve chilled, about 8℃; enjoy as an aperitif or match with cold seafood or deep fried seafood including Taiwan Style Deep-fried Oysters with Basil.
