Sparkling wine with old world sophistication and new world exuberance, the wine features an enchanting slightly pinkish-peach color and small, persistent bubbles, fruity nose with toasty hints, concentrated yellow and red fruit flavors and good acidity in the finish; the wine is made using two methods, the Pinot Noir from the Yarra Valley is made with the transfer method and the Chardonnay with the Charmat method; established in 1928, De Bartoli is one of Australia's largest family-owned wineries with a wide range of wines that are often inspired by the Italian roots of the family.


Serve well-chilled, about 8℃; very nice as an aperitif, also good with seafood dishes like Taiwan Style Deep-fried Oysters with Basil and white meats including Szechuan Garlic Sliced Pork.


Some components aged in the bottle on the lees up to 7 years.


Drink now or within two years.
