The wine has an aromatic nose of refreshing grapefruit, lime skin and pleasing biscuits and nuts, with the second fermentation in the bottle, the bubbles are finer than most other sparkling wines; the wine has pleasing acidity and is easy-to-drink with a touch of sweet citrus flavor and a yeasty finish; large and successful Ausi producer that gained a global reputation for reasonably good priced, good value wines and now also producing impressive premium wines.


Serve at 8℃; the wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with salads, seafood and simple white meat dishes.


Double fermentation in the bottle.


Drinking nicely now.
