One of the best, good value rose sparkling wines, this Charmat method wine has a lovely pink-peach color, lively nose of wild berries with toasty notes, plenty of strawberry and other red fruit flavors and a nice clean finish; Tenuta S. Anna produces a range of red, white and rosé wines as well as some of Italy's most charming sparkling wines.
Serve well-chilled, about 8℃; nice by itself as an afternoon drink or aperitif, but also very good with light seafood and white meat dishes.
6 months in stainless steel vats.
