More robust and full bodied than old world rosés, this wine has a deep pink-peach color, delightful nose of strawberries with hints of flowers and full, round ripe red fruit flavors with a smooth clean finish; the fruitiness and excellent mouthfeel of this wine are impressive; Torres has been making wines for over three centuries; the company now makes wine in Chile, California and developing wines regions and is considered one of Spain's greatest wine innovators.
Serve well-chilled, about 18℃; the generous fruitiness of the wine makes it a lovely afternoon drink or aperitif; the wine is also very nice with shellfish and white meat dishes.
