Good value, quite dry rose with a pale peach color, nice red fruit and floral nose with a nuances of herbs and spices, and tart, aboudant citrus and unripe red fruit flavors; Robert Skalli is a pioneer producer of vrietals wines in Midi in the south of France offering a range of modern style, good value wines.
Serve well-chilled about 16℃; the acidity of the wine makes it appropriate for many cold seafood dishes as well as salads, also nice with some slightly spicy Asian dishes; good as a refreshing drink by itself on a hot summer afternoon.
No aging.
