Example of the best of Chinese terroir and European winemaking, this lovely Chinese dry Muscat white wine features a pale yellow color, lively nose of ripe fruit and flowers and lovely fruit flavors with a good clean finish; the balance between fruit and acidity is impressive; a joint effort between the esteemed Shanxi producer Grace Vineyard and Spanish producer Torres, the winemakers from Spain worked side-by-side with Chinese winemaker to make this special wine.
Serve well-chilled, about 8℃; the fresh nature of the wine makes it suitable as an aperitif and also very nice with many typeds of seafood.
No oak.
