This is a reasonably priced, well-balanced and elegant white wine that reflects the characteristics of the various varieties, the wine has a pale yellow color, aromatic nose of beeswax and houseleek, also a scent of cape jasmine, yeast and chalk; flavor of sweet melon with crispy acidity, delicate and complex slightly salty finish with malm hint; Hugel et Fils is the most famous producer in Alsace with a wide range of wines from good value wines to the region's finest wines including the Selection de Grains Nobles.


Serve at 8℃; the wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with salty cheese or seafood salads.


Light oak aging.
