Allow 1+ hour for breathing and serve at 16℃; pair with elegant meat dishes of aged slightly pungent cheeses; also great with Shandong Style Jinan Roast Duck and Jiangsu Style Mushrooms Stewed Chicken.
18 months in French oak.
Will continue to gain complexity over the next 10 years and can be cellared for 20+ years.
