Named after the first grandchild of the founder, Chen Jinqiang, to reflect their ambition to make excellent wines in China; the wine has a bright pale golden yellow color, intense, typically Chardonnay aromas of tropical fruits, oak and butter and concentrated tropical fruit and vanilla flavors with a pleasing acidic finish; the oak in this wine is quite apparent but not overwhelming and is nicely balanced by the good acidity; Grace Vineyard is located in Taigu County, 40km south of the provincial capital Tai Yuan in Shanxi Province, with a range of good-quality, modestly-priced wines.

Serve at 10℃; best with delicate fish or shellfish dishes including Shandong Style Fried Carp with Sweet & Sour Sauce and Jiangsu Style Bi Luo Shrimp.
