Expressive Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon wine from Emilia-Romagna, the wine features a beautiful dark cherry red color, elegant red fruit and violet nose and lively red and dark fruit flavors with gentle tannins and a smooth finish; since 1965, Umberto Cesari has built an excellent reputation for organically-produced wines that are available at reasonable prices.

Allow 20+ minutes for breathing and serve at 16℃; match with meat pastas or roasted fowl.

24 months in Slavonian and French oak.
