This elegant single-vineyard wine is a good example of the exciting Chardonnays coming from Tuscany; the wine has a deep yellow color, fragrant nose of ripe fruits and toasted oak and concentrated flavors of melons, honey and vanilla with a long finish; this is an impressively smooth wine; established in 1141 by the Ricasoli family and returned to family ownership in 1993; the estate is run by the 32nd Barone Ricasoli, Francesco Ricasoli, producing award-winning wines that are among Italy's finest.

Serve at 10℃; the wine matches with a wide variety of seafood dishes and light meat dishes like cold chicken, turkey or Taiwanese goose.

2/3 in new French oak for 3 months.

Enjoy now or over the next 3 - 5 years.
