Top vintage Prosecco from some of the best Valdobbiadene vineyards, this wine has a medium straw yellow color with small persistent bubbles, fragrant nose of wildflowers and ripe yellow fruits and charming apple and pear flavors and a clean acidic finish; established in 1542, Bisol is one of the most respected and best producers of Prosecco sparkling wines.


Serve at 10℃; nice as an aperitif and with a wide range of seafood and white meats including Thai Three Flavor Deep-Fried Sea Bass and Shanghai Yellow Fish in Soy Sauce.


10+ months for bottle aging.
