Sourced from some of the best hillside Prosecco vineyards, this wine has a pale straw yellow color with lively fine bubbles, citrus fruit aromas and pleasing yellow fruit flavors and a clean finish; established in 1542, Bisol is one of the most respected and best producers of Prosecco sparkling wines.
Serve well-chilled about 8℃; make a great light aperitif and also a good match with light seafood dishes or salads, also very nice with Taiwanese Deep-Fried Oysters with Basil.
