Les Baronnes is a refreshing and aromatic Sauvignon Blanc wine that won't bust your budget; the wine has a bright yellow color with greenish hue, citrus and floral bouquet and tropical and ripe citrus fruit and mineral flavors with the typically crisp and refreshing Sancerre finish; located in the village of Chavignol that is famous not only for wines, but also the goat cheese Crottin de Chavignol, the Bourgeois family has been making Sancerre wines for 10 generations.
Serve at 8℃; this is a good wine to pair with Chinese shellfish dishes as well as light Italian and French seafood dishes.
