Traditional-style dry Cava with a pale straw yellow color with fine persistent bubbles, fresh aromas of apples and pears with hints of flowers and almonds, and unripe yellow fruit flavors and a good acidic finish; established in 1904, Jané Ventura makes a wide range of high-quality still and sparking wines.

Serve well-chilled about 8℃; nice as an aperitif or with light dishes including salads and cold seafood; also very nice with Jiangsu Style Stewed Fresh Water Herring.

20 - 30 months for bottle aging.

Enjoy now or over the next 18 months.
