Terrior de Lagrave Baron d'Arquier Blanc Doux (AOC), 2008
Excellent-value sweet wine made with an ancient variety, this wine features a pale golden color, expressive nose of sweet apples, peaches and honey and plenty of ripe, sweet fruit flavors and an appealing oily texture in the mouth and a mellow, balanced finish; founded in 1993, Terrior de Lagrave is building a fine reputation as a maker of high-quality, reasonably-priced wines that reflect Gaillac's unique terrior.
Serve at 8℃; nice as a digestif and lovely with goose, duck or chicken foie gras as well as with fruit tarts and cakes.
Enjoy now or over the next 3 years.
6 months for bottle aging.
