Good value, quite dry and fresh sparkling wine with a medium golden yellow color and lively fine bubbles, typical Riesling nose with yellow fruit and a touch of mineral, and bracingly dry and fresh on the palate, clean and good acidic finish with slight bitterness; established in 1791, Nederburg is one of South Africa's most important producer; winner of more international and domestic awards than any other producer in South Africa.


Serve well-chilled, about 8℃; nice as an aperitif or with seasonal fruits and fresh seafood dishes like Zhejiang Style Oyster Egg Run and Shanghai Style Steamed Fresh Scallop with Minced Garlic & Vermicelli.


Light aging in stainless steel tanks.
