
Sourced from Germany’s largest wine region, Rheinhessen, this dry Riesling features a bright pale yellow color with small bubbles, complex fresh citrus fruit aromas, grapefruit and lots of yellow fruit flavors and a clean finish; founded by Peter Joseph Valckenberg in 1786, P. J. Valckenberg is the oldest family-run winery in Germany as well as a wine merchant in charge of the exportation of wines from Dr. C. von Schubert, Schloss Saarstein, Reichsgraf von Kesselstatt, J. J. Prüm, etc.

Serve at 6 - 8℃; match with shellfish, chicken and salads.

No oak aging.
