Rhône style Shiraz blend, this wine has a deep red-purple color, blueberry and exotic spice nose and weighty ripe black and red fruit flavors with a velvety texture; Columbia Crest is one of the biggest Pacific Northwest producers with a range of good-quality wines that are modestly priced.
Allow 30 minutes for breathing and serve at 18℃; match with stewed and grilled meat dishes.
12~14 months in French and American oak.
Drink nicely now and can be cellared for another 4~5 years.
