Entry-level Pinot Noir from Louis Jadot, the wine features a ruby-garnet red color, plentiful scents of ripe cherries and pleasant strawberry and raspberry flavors in a pleasingly clean, slightly acidic finish; established in 1859, Louis Jadot is a large and progressive Burgundy merchant-producer with a wide range of high-quality wines.
Allow 15 minutes for breathing and serve at 15°C; match with braised and stewed meats including Chinese soy sauce stewed snack foods.
In stainless steel vats and oak barrels for 9~16 months.
