More robust and full bodied than French rosés, this wine is deep pink-peach color with delightful nose of strawberry and hints of flowers and round ripe red fruit flavors tapering to a smooth clean finish. The fruitiness and excellent mouth-feel of this wine are impressive. Torres has been making wines for over three centuries, and is considered one of Spain's greatest wine innovators; the company now also makes wine in Chile, USA and other developing wines regions.
Serve at 8℃; the generous fruitiness of this wine makes it a lovely afternoon drink or aperitif; also pairs delightfully with shell fish and white meat dishes, including Sichuan style sliced pork in garlic sauce.
