One of the best inexpensive rosé wines in the Chinese market. This robust Spanish style rosé is the color of deep red-peach, and broadcasts an extroverted nose of strawberry, raspberry and other red fruit, while on the palate crisp red fruit flavors and firm minerality ease to a fresh, clean finish. Viña Chocalán's first vintage was 2001, so the winery is still young but has climbed rapidly to the top of Chilean wine offerings with a wide range of high quality affordable wines.
Serve at 8℃; this wine is lovely as a summer-afternoon quencher or with all types of seafood and lighter meat dishes; also pairs perfectly with Shanghai style braised yellow croaker in soy sauce.
Post fermentation on the lees for 45 days.
Enjoy now or through the next 12 months
