Still setting the standard for Chinese white wines, this lovely Chinese dry-Muscat white wine is pale yellow with a fragrant nose of ripe fruit and flowers; on the palate it features lovely fruit flowing to a good clean finish, overall an impressive balance between fruit and acidity. In this joint effort between the esteemed Shanxi producer Grace Vineyard and Spanish producer Torres experts from Spain worked side by side with Chinese winemakers.
Serve at 8℃; this wine is delightful as an aperitif or as an accompaniment for many types of seafood; try this wine with Jiang Zhe style mud eel in brown sauce.
