Verdejo white wines from Rueda in northern Spain are getting progressively better and more popular. This wine has a straw yellow color with greenish tint; a lively nose of citrus fruit and green apples and lot of yellow fruit flavors and a clean and persistent finish. Founded in 1970, Grupo Yllera is a family-owned winery making excellent wines from Rueda and other prestigious Castilla y Léon regions.
Serve at 8℃; nice with seafood and light white meat dishes; try with Hunan style fish head in chopped chilis.
Stainless steel vats fermentation, no oak aging.
