The most popular white wine in the "Les Jamelles" range. This dry and aromatic Sauvignon Blanc is pale yellow, with expressive aromas of gooseberry, passion fruit and even green tomato, and on the palate it delights with mouth-puckering yellow fruit and a refreshingly acidic finish. Established in 1991 by Burgundy winemakers Catherine and Laurent Delaunay, Les Jamelles has built a fine reputation for producing consistently good wines at reasonable prices.
Serve at 8℃; this wine is refreshing as an aperitif and a delightful match for seafood, fish and other light dishes; this wine also makes a great companion to Cantonese style jellyfish salad.
Fermented in stainless steel vats and aged for a few months on its lees.
