
Cave de Tain specializes in wines from the Crozes-Hermitage AC and the 2010 vintage is one of the greatest in the Northern Rhône. This wine is luminous garnet-red, with aromas of dark berries, hints of vanilla and oak, and flavors of blackcurrant and spices flowing to a pleasingly soft tannic finish. Cave de Tain also makes high quality wines in Cornas and Saint Péray.

Allow 15+ minutes for breathing and serve at 16 - 18℃; this wine makes a fine match for all types of roasted meats, as well as popular Chinese meat dishes like twice cooked pork and red stewed duck.

Partially aged in oak barrels.

Best within 3 - 5 years.
