Yet another fine and well-balanced red from the Margaret River region of Western Australia. This wine is deep red with hints of garnet, a nose of dark berries, plum and cassis with notes of mocha, and a rich palate of black and red berries, blackcurrants and plums with streaks of cedar and spicy oak leading to a satisfyingly round and soft tannic finish. Established in 1968, Xanadu was one of the pioneers of viticulture in Margaret River. The winery produces a range of quality wines at affordable prices.


Allow 20+ minutes for breathing and serve at 16 - 18℃; matches with a wide variety of meats, including BBQ or hard cheeses; also pairs well with Cantonese style roasted goose.
