One of the best-recognized New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs. Kim Crawford 2010 continues to delight with pale green-yellow color, a bouquet of citrus and tropical fruit with herbaceous notes and robust tropical fruit flavors tapering to a satisfyingly clean and zesty finish. Established in 1996, Kim Crawford has become one of the stars of New Zealand winemaking; the winery is now part of the Constellation Group.
Serve at 8℃; this wine is pleasing as an aperitif and lovely with salads, seafood and vegetarian dishes; it also pairs well with Jiang Zhe style mud eel in brown sauce.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Enjoy now or through the next 3 - 4 years.
