This Riesling faithfully illustrates the terroir of Alsace. The 2009 wine presents a water-white and pale green-yellow color, obvious aromas of petroleum jelly and minerals and subtle flavors of tropical fruit followed by sensations of mango and pineapple; this medium-full bodied wine is round with moderately acidity and subtle lingering bitterness that's followed by a long apricot finish. Established in the early 16th century, the Blanck family is a historic and high quality producer of Alsatian wines.

Serve at 10 - 12℃; matches well with smoked salmon or boiled chicken; also nice with Shanghai style salted chicken.

No oak aging.

Drink now or within 2 years.
