Perfectly matured premium "First Growth" German Riesling. The 2009 wine shows an intensive golden color with brilliant clarity; aromas of peaches and apricot, as well as honey, fresh and elegant feeling in mouth with long aftertaste and still lively aromas. Grosses Gewächs wines are the crown of German wines with small production, hand-picked and estate sourced grapes.
Serve at 10 - 12℃; pairs with elegant shellfish dishes including Shanghai style stir-fried baby shrimp.
No oak, several months bottle aging.
