The 2011 is pale gold with floral and tropical fruit aromas; elegant citrus fruit flavors, subtle mineral and hints of oak surge to a long fresh finish. Founded in 1750, Chanson Père & Fils produces a wide range of very good wines from the most prestigious appellations.
Serve at 10℃; and pairs with foie gras, grilled or sauteed fish, white meats and semi-strong cheeses; also excellent with Taiwanese style oyster omelet.
