Elegant and expressive top vintage Blanc de Blancs. This wine is pale gold with lively floral notes and minerality, and flavors of white fruit and flowers with a nice yeasty touch and a clean persistent finish. The Champagne Deutz House was founded in 1838 in Ay and today offers a portfolio of quality Champagnes known for their finesse and freshness; since 1993 Champagne Deutz has been part of the Louis Roederer Group.

Serve at 8 - 10℃; matches with elegant fish like Dover sole or turbot; also partners beautifully with Jiangxi style dry-fried Mandarin fish.


Over 4 years bottle aging.


Drink now or allow to evolve over the next 5 - 7 years.
