The non-vintage flagship label of Duval-Leroy, this wine features a golden-straw color with plenty of tiny bubbles, fresh green apple aromas with toasty notes and rich, almost creamy flavors of green apple with yeasty tones and a well-structured long finish. Run by Carol Duval-Leroy since 1991, Duval-Leroy is one of the last family-run companies in the Champagne region; the house boasts extensive holdings of Grand Cru vineyards and produces wines of consistently high quality at reasonable prices.


Serve at 8℃; ideal as an aperitif, but also makes a good companion to seafood and white meat dishes including Chinese favorites, like Shanghai style yellow croaker in soy sauce and Sichuan style sliced pork with garlic sauce.


3+ years bottle aging.
