Named in honor of the great aunt of the owners, Georges and Rogers Antech, this vintage sparkling wine is made in the traditional method. The wine is pale yellow with fine and persistent bubbles; pear and floral aromas and a palate of fresh yellow fruit with honey notes and a fresh acidic finish. Antech is a well respected producer of sparkling Crémant de Limoux and other wines.
Serve at 6 - 8℃; nice as an aperitif or accompanying light seafood and white meat dishes, also great with Yunnan style scrambled eggs with white mushrooms.
18 months in stainless steel tanks, plus bottle aging.
Drink now or within 2 years.
