This Cava is bright pale yellow with alluring ripe scents of melon and peach; fresh citrus flavors leading to a palate-pleasing crisp finish. The world's largest producer of sparkling wines made according to the Champagne method, Freixenet not only makes Cava, but also owns 18 wineries around the world that produce a wide range of wines from budget to super premium.

Serve at 6 - 8℃; this wine is perfect as an aperitif and also delightful with a wide range of seafood, pasta and pizza; in the Chinese idiom, pair with Cantonese style suckling pig or Shanghai style salted chicken.
