Sourced from some of the best hillside Prosecco vineyards. This wine is pale straw yellow with fine and lively bubbles; citrus and peach aromas and yellow fruit flavors that taper to a clean finish. Established in 1542, Bisol is one of the best and most respected producers of Prosecco sparkling wines.

Serve at 8℃; this sparkling wine makes a delightfully light aperitif and also matches well with lighter seafood dishes or salads, also very nice with Taiwanese style deep-fried oysters with mountain basil.

6+ months bottle aging.

Drink now or within 12 - 18 months.
