酒款介绍

Very dry, finesse-style, non-vintage Champagne, the Pol Roger 'White Foil' has a light greenish-golden color, very lively persistent bubbles, floral bouquet and abundant yellow and red fruit flavors; the rich red grape (Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier) flavors dominate this wine, but the 1/3rd Chardonnay content gives the wine added grace; established in 1849, Pol Roger is a top Champagne house with wines that have been favored by the English royalty and Winston Churchill.

Serve at 8℃; the wine is delicious as an aperitif and matches well with raw or cooked shellfish and seared raw tuna.

3 years bottle of aging.

Ready at release and best enjoyed within 5 years.
