This is a full-bodied wine with a very rich and attractive purple color. The wine offers plenty of dark berry, cherry and leather flavors. There are also hints of tabbaco. The wine is quite concentrated and has abundant, slightly spicy tannins. Enjoy this hearty wine that matches well with Roast Beef, Grilled T-Bone Steaks and Roasted Wild Boar. The wine needs to breath at least 25 minutes before drinking and should be served at 18 C.
In 1870, Don Maximiano Errazuriz founded the Errazuriz Winery in the Aconcagua Valley. Over the past 130 years this family owned estate has developed a reputation for making some of Chile's best wines. Eduardo Chadwick, the 5th generation descendant of the founder, now runs the company.
