This is classic light bodied, very refreshing Italian white wine. Made of 50% Procanico and three other native Italian grapes, this wine has a straw yellow color. The wine features a floral and fresh fruit bouquet and thirst quenching flavors of green apple and peaches. This unpretentious wine is a very good choice for the hot weather, as an aperitif or with light cuisine like salads or hor d'hourves. Serve well chilled at 8℃.
