A Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wine made in the tradition Champagne method, this is one of Italy's best NV sparkling wines and a very good value. The wine has a light golden color with nicely formed tiny bubbles. The nose is a combination of citrus and tropical fruit. The peach and berries flavors are quite pleasant. This wine is nice as an aperitif or with light seafood dishes. Serve at 8 C.
