Semi-sweet wine with a very good balance; a wine that will be appreciated by beginners and experts alike, the 2003 Ewell Moselle has a light straw colour with green tinges and nose of exotic fruits and flavors of ripe peaches and exotic fruits; the fruity nature of the wine is balanced by a nice clean acid finish.
Serve at 8℃; match with all types of seafood from shellfish pasta to steamed garoupa Cantonese style as well as semi-sweet desserts.
